Tinjauan Literatur Ekonomi Digital Berkelanjutan: Kapabilitas AI dan Transformasi Digital

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation have been major factors in the expansion of the digital economy; nevertheless, further research is still needed to integrate AI with digital transformation to create a sustainable digital economy. This study uses a qualitative methodology, specifically a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on PRISMA 2020 criteria, to examine the connections between Artificial Intelligence Capability, Digital Transformation, and the Sustainable Digital Economy. Data were gathered from credible academic publications found in the databases Scopus, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, SpringerLink, Emerald Insight, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar. Thematic analysis was then used to examine the data. By boosting human resource competencies, digital governance, innovation, and data utilization, AI capabilities play a critical role in improving the efficacy of digital transformation and helping to build a sustainable digital economy, according to the literature synthesis. A research gap concerning the unification of sustainability, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence into a single conceptual paradigm is also identified by the study. The research implications advance the idea of digital transformation and provide companies and governments with a basis for developing innovative, ethical, and Sustainable Development Goal (SDG)-oriented AI implementation strategies.
