Analisis Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Pelaksanaan Cek Kesehatan Gratis (CKG) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Leupung Kabupaten Aceh Besar

Abstract

The suboptimal implementation of the Free Health Check-up Program (Program Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Gratis - CKG) risks hindering the effectiveness of early detection and disease prevention among the community. This study aims to examine various determinants associated with the implementation of the CKG Program in the working area of the Leupung Public Health Center, Aceh Besar Regency. The urgency of this study lies in the significance of preventive measures to identify diseases at an early stage and enhance public health status through primary health care facilities. An observational analytical approach with a cross-sectional design was applied, involving subjects determined through specific criteria. To gather data regarding communication variables, facility availability, and respondents' level of understanding, a structured questionnaire was utilized and subsequently analyzed through univariate and bivariate methods. The analysis results indicate that the majority of subjects rated the implementation of the CKG Program as good, and there is a significant correlation between effective communication, adequate infrastructure, and public knowledge regarding the smooth running of the program. As an implication, increasing the intensity of socialization, fulfilling adequate medical facilities, and strengthening health education are crucial steps to optimize the quality of preventive services at the public health center.
