Pengembangan Etika Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence Berbasis Nilai-Nilai Islam bagi Guru Madrasah

Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah mendorong guru madrasah memanfaatkannya untuk perencanaan pembelajaran, administrasi, dan penilaian. Namun, pemanfaatan tersebut belum disertai pedoman etis yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam, sehingga berisiko pada aspek kejujuran, keadilan, tanggung jawab, amanah, dan akhlak dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan etika pemanfaatan AI berbasis nilai-nilai Islam bagi guru madrasah melalui pendampingan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan partisipatif yang melibatkan guru, kepala madrasah, dan pengawas. Tahapan kegiatan mencakup focus group discussion (FGD), workshop, studi kasus, simulasi, coaching, mentoring, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif dan kuantitatif sederhana. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru tentang etika AI, tersusunnya kode etik pemanfaatan AI, pedoman praktis penggunaan AI, serta integrasi nilai-nilai Islam seperti amanah, keadilan, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab dalam pemanfaatan AI untuk pembelajaran. Guru lebih mampu menggunakan AI secara kritis, etis, dan bertanggung jawab. Implikasinya, model pendampingan ini dapat direplikasi dan diadaptasi untuk memperkuat kompetensi etis digital guru madrasah, baik pada tingkat lokal maupun nasional, serta menjadi rujukan kebijakan pengembangan profesionalisme guru di lingkungan madrasah. Model ini menekankan refleksi nilai, dialog, dan praktik nyata sehingga guru tidak hanya terampil teknis tetapi juga berakhlak dalam memanfaatkan AI.
